The N-power programme is designed to assist young Nigerians between the ages of 18 to 35 to acquire and develop life-long skills for becoming change makers in their communities and players in the domestic and global markets and given a stipend of N30,000 monthly.

Jobberman Soft Skill Training for N-Power Graduate Volunteers.

Jobberman Nigeria is dedicated to creating institutional and democratized opportunities for young people across Nigeria. The Jobberman Youth engagement Programme, sponsored by Mastercard, is dedicated to training/upskilling 5million youths in 5years across Kaduna, Kano and Lagos, with up to 70% in Kaduna and Kano.

 

At the core of the training is making employment opportunities accessible in the state and preparing the young population to be employable through a soft skill training with focus on;

The Soft Skill training which took place between July – September 2020 was to upskill N-Power graduates Volunteers and other youths in Kaduna. The Jobberman programme enrolled 6345 volunteers in 2 batches, from the 23 LGAs of the state. However, a total of 2643 N-Power volunteers (batches A&B) completed this training.
