The N-power programme is designed to address youth unemployment of Nigerians between the ages of 18 to 35 to acquire and develop life-long skills through job placement and skills training. It has categories for unemployed graduates (N-Teach, N-Health, N-Agro) and non-graduates (N-Build, N-Creative, N-Tech, N-Skills). A monthly stipend of N30,000 is paid to graduates and N10,000 for non-graduates. Beneficiaries are trained to becoming change makers in their communities and players in the domestic and global markets.

Since inception, N-Power has graduated over 45,000 volunteers across the different components.
Skills Training:
The Jobberman programme enrolled 6,345 volunteers in 2 batches (A&B), from the 23 LGAs of the state for the employability and soft skills training with a focus on;
