Sequel to the approval by Governor Uba Sani for the release of N3.8 billion Naira for the payment of gratuity, death benefits, and accrued rights, the Kaduna State Pension Bureau has released the list of beneficiaries for both state and local government pensioners.
NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS FOR PAYMENT VERIFICATION:
• RETIREMENT BENEFIT:
- One-year statement of Pension account (in case of changes) from the retiree’s bank (April. 2024 to Date)
- Printed BVN slip from the bank.
- Original and three photocopies of the Computation Sheet.
- Two Passport Photographs
- Original and One photocopy of Confirmation of Appointment.
- Original and One photocopy of Approval of Retirement.
- Original and One photocopy of the National ID Card
• DEATH BENEFIT:
- Original documents of the deceased related to his/her employment in the State or Local Government.
- Original Account Statement of the deceased from 2 years before to 2 years after his/her death.
- Original and three copies of Letter of Administration.
- Original and two photocopies of Statement of Estate Account from the bank (from the date the account is opened to date).
- Confirmation of opening Estate Account from the bank.
- Original and three photocopies of the Computation Sheet of the deceased
- Two passport photographs of next of kin(s)
- Original and photocopy of valid means of identification of the next of kin(s) such as National ID Card, Voter’s Card, International Passport or Driving License.
- Picture of the Deceased
- Death Certificate
