Notification For Verification Exercise Of Retirees And Deceased Under Defined Benefit Scheme(DBS) For Batch 14
The Kaduna State Pension Bureau is inviting the below retirees and deceased representatives to come along with the following for verification exercise:
– Death Certificate (for the deceased only)
– Next of kin affidavit (for the deceased only)
– Valid means of identification
– Employment letter
– Affirmation of retirement
– Personal Sub-Head Number (PSN)
– Bank Details
– Passport Photograph
